  I am in love with this store...I will be going back. I purchased this dress for my birthday on my birthday for dinner. They have a great selection for Plus-Size women and even shoes for women with bigger feet as myself. I am a 24/26 size 12 shoe 6'0 tall. Check them out in the Laurel Shopping Center.

  Placed an order on March 31, 2022. Sent a follow up email on April 5, 2022 to inquire about when my order would be shipped (no response to the email). Called on April 6, 2022 and was told it takes 78 hours to process and ship an order. Finally received an generated email on April 7, 2022 stating that my order is on the way. Today is April 12 and there has been no shipping update about the status of my order. Sent a follow-up email and am waiting for a response. Next steps will be to report this company to the BBB. Hopefully someone follows-up with me soon to make this right. I ordered this dress thinking it would have been shipped to me by now, it's been 8 business days..not counting the weekends in which we know packages are still in transit.

  This is Daniel’s wife Michelle. I ordered a tumbler back in December. It was a pre order and was told I would have it by the end of January. I have not received my Tumblr and I have made several attempts to email. I have not gotten anything back. All I want now is a refund. Don’t go by reviews because all the reviews here are good. I guess I can chalk it up to lesson learn, but I really want a refund, my next step will be the Better Business Bureau. I really don’t want to do that but I’m really left no choice because no one will get back with me and nobody will let me know what’s going on. Thank you
