  I would love to thank Karlos for the job he did on the pool, our pool was an absolute swamp, inhabited by frogs and unusable, he came in turned it completly around I. only afew weeks and made it the most beautiful pool I've ever seen. I am so thankful for him being so punctual as I work most weekdays and having great bants aswell, I am over the moon that I am able to use my pool with no worries on these incoming scorching day!!
  
  my only issue with the store itself is when I called to pay the invoice they tried to tell me that they would not accept zippay on their services when it clearly states on the bottom of the quote before you accept it " please advise staff if you are using zippay financial services" and they clearly placed it on my invoice saying " will be using zippay for part payment" you might need to change the text on your quotes all together if that is the case because it is very incorrect information.

  Terrible service. Had pk pool and spa install a davey nipper about 20 months ago. Supposedly it's a 3 year warranty. Called them Monday 5th dec and told them it had shut down and the screen had disappeared. They told me I may have to remove the nipper myself and take it up to bibra Lake to Davey. They took my details and told me it was only a 12 month on-site warranty. So it's now Thursday the 7th of Dec (and as far as they know) the nipper is still not working. I still haven't heard from anyone and don't know when I will. These guys are not helpful at all and I'm spewing I had them install the nipper in the first place - just because they were a few bucks cheaper

  On the 13/10 I had Carlos attend for the 1st time to service my pool. He was ontime, very friendly, courteous & very informative. He explained everything he was going to do, He did a great job in representing PK Pool & Spa & I look forward to continuing my pool service on a monthly basis.
