I had paid a deposit for a queen suite in April and was told the bed would be in stock by the end of the month. It is now June and I have been advised the suite is no longer available after calling Pine Discount every week for 3 months and being told it was in stock 3 times each time I went to make a payment the bed was unavailable. They have since advised me that that they can't be bothered to make phone calls to their customers to update them and don't care but they are more then happy to take your money. The staff are rude and incompetent and have made no effort to resolve the issue.
