His customer service lacked professionalism as he took just over a week to get back to me with a quote only after I had contacted him first. He didn't give me a quote and instead this was his response.
"To be honest, for the last 3 years I have tried to stay away from the steel roofs as they are so awkward to work in and unbearable when the hot weather comes around."
He obviously only likes 'easy' jobs.
We ended up going with Attix who have been in the game much longer,have accredited builders and are in fact Martin 's ex employer. - Brenton Hole Added March 30, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★From first contact and then all the way through Martin was fabulous. He was prompt on every occasion , his work was first class, the clean up perfect and he was a thoroughly nice man to chat with. And I must mention that he repaired an old damaged part of our ceiling at no charge.
